I count over 25 years in the banking industry in various leadership roles most recently as the Business Banking Virginia Market Executive at Capital One Bank.

I have been recognized as a Woman Worth Watching by Profiles in Diversity Magazine, received the Hispanic Heritage Foundation Corporate Citizen Award, and The President's Award from the Fairfax Bar Association.
