Recent data shows that there has been a rise in the number of women doing remarkable work and closing huge sales in this industry. The use of social media and different mobile apps has also helped more women professionals in this industry to put themselves out there.
In 2020 and 2021, there was a huge increase in the uptake of luxury real estate services in the US. Even today, the demand for luxury houses in the United States is high, particularly in major metropolitan areas and affluent neighborhoods. The high demand caused the prices to shoot upwards. The shift to investing in luxury real estate was driven by some people's need to have their homes as safe spaces, especially when the pandemic hit.

Bronwyn Leigh Jones
Bronwyn Leigh Jones is a Realtor at the Oppenheim Group, as well as the founder and CEO of Coral Sustainable Services, LLC.
