Background

Hazel has been working for around 12 years in the Call Center Industry, over those years she had the opportunity to be part of different Companies such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, IT operations Support, etc.

She is executive assistant here at Bay Street Capital Holdings. Hazel was born and raised in El Salvador, by Nelson and Silvia and is the second of three brothers, she is currently studying Business Administration at Avanza College, is a very organized person with a high sense of urgency, delivery, teamwork, and detail oriented.

From 2010 to 2014 she was part of Benson Communications, a Lifeline Telecommunication Services Provider with an operation center located in El Salvador. I started as a Customer Services Representative and had the opportunity to be promoted as Merchant Assistance Representative having the chance to support different providers located in Oklahoma.

From 2014 to 2018 she worked for a Gift Card and Prepaid Card Services provider named Blackhawk Network, with an operations center in El Salvador, from customer service to Back Office Representative, She was responsible of maintaining constant communication with different clients in the United States via email and phone calls, sending hourly, daily and weekly reports to ensure our customer's satisfaction with the products and services, as a back office representative she also had the opportunity to support the customer service operations as back up supervisor and Real-time analyst for almost 2 years.

From 2018 to 2019 She worked as a Virtual Recruiter Specialist, looking for IT Companies or Independent Contractors to become potential partners, using different platforms of talent acquisition such as LinkedIn, Work-Market, Field Nation, and social media to expand the company’s coverage areas and solve client's needs in a short time of period.

From 2019 until 2022, She was part of SITEL Group and worked as a travel specialist for one of their biggest accounts, being part of Expedia group she had the opportunity to learn about the hotels and reservations services to ensure the best vacation experiences for all customers.

In her spare time, Hazel loves baking and spends time with her family, she also enjoys watching baking programs and learning new recipes.
